St. John's Clinic patients may visit their physicians at a variety of locations around the Joplin area.

The Mercy Express Care in Joplin and St. John's Clinic locations in Webb City, Carthage and Neosho were undamaged by the May 22 tornado and are open to patients.  Many St. John's specialists are serving from Memorial Hall while more permanent locations are found.  Patients are also being treated at the temporary field hospital, St. John's Mercy Hospital, in Joplin.

The major health plans serving the Joplin area will pay benefits in-network whether patients have been cared for by St. John's or Freeman in the past. St. John's electronic health record system is back online connecting the new hospital and all Mercy sites of service.
