Permits for tear-downs – Yes, required. Can be purchased at City Hall Building Division. Permit ensures that utilities are safely disconnected and that search & rescue has cleared the building.

Under the order, the Missouri Department of Revenue will issue replacements for valid cards and documents, waiving all fees.
